The Sword of Folklore

Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it.

Forge — The Sword of Folklore is operated by Neather Realm Software, Inc. This page explains the information the game keeps and what happens to it. It describes the game itself and does not override any separate terms you have agreed to with the studio.

Information we hold

To let you play, we store the account email address you sign up with, and the game data you create: your characters, their appearance and family trees, the items and storehouses they produce, the villages, cities, creatures and objects you author, and your purchase history. If you contact us through the form on our contact page, we keep the name, email address and message you send so we can reply.

Payments

Purchases and campaign tokens are processed by our payment provider. Card details are entered with that provider and are never stored by the game itself; we only receive confirmation that a purchase completed and which access or tokens it covered.

Cookies and sessions

The app uses the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to support@neatherrealm.com. Deleting an account removes the characters and creations attached to it. Content that other players are already building on, such as a village or a family line that has been woven into the shared world, may remain part of that world after the account is closed.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and accounts for younger players should be created with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Questions about this policy can go to support@neatherrealm.com.
